With more than 70,000 thousands of victims, terrorism was felt throughout the country, but it was greater in the Andean and Amazonian sectors. The "Shining Path" and MRTA groups rose against Peruvian society and caused terror and death for more than a decade. Countries did not know how to build an effective strategy and commissioned the Armed Forces to solve the problem. His performance, however, was not exempt from serious human rights violations. This book was dedicated to all victims, family members and still missing people.
